Instafriday

HI! So I found my mom on the computer today and she was looking at a blog. Then I realized....THIS IS FRIDAY! So of course it's time for me to recap my week in Instagram photos;) Linking up with Jeannett!

My birthday cake my mom made for me:) The Pillsbury strawberry icing is the very best!!!

I received my necklace in the mail a day before my birthday:) It was good that it happened that way since it iced last weekend. The mail couldn't make it!

Straightened my hair out Monday night. Trying to think of something different I can do with the color or the bangs to keep myself from cutting it off!! Any ideas?? I'm game for suggestions!

We went snow tubing with our church Tuesday. We always stop at the same McDonald's. They have this huge play set! Somehow, us teenagers lose our maturity and jump in with the little kids;)

Back to the resolutions.....:/

Did I mention we have become caretakers of this little sparrow?? My brother found him in the woods with a broken wing. He refuses to have his wing wrapped up! So we have put him in a bird cage beside my parakeet and tried to keep him still. We've tried to wrap his wing several times and every time he manages to hop out of our hands and dash through the house. He is super fast for such a little guy!!!

Abigail gave me these for my birthday right after I broke my old pair! She knows me well:0

I don't care for this album,but that's the beautiful thing about itunes. You can buy just one song:) This is one of the only 3 gospel songs on this CD. I loved the song so I went ahead and bought it! :)

Wednesday night was a windy one! This was before church. Fixing my hair was pointless that night because as soon as I walked out the door, WHOOSH!

One of my best friends gave me these lovelies for my birthday:)

Snow tubing. This was the pair of glasses I broke. I seriously go through like 10 pair a year!

Princess Challenge:Round#3-Last round

Ok, for this last round....I am going to describe the personalities of the princesses and you have to guess which one I'm talking about.;)

 (The pics are just random)
1.- She is simple,and tomboyish. Doesn't care for clothes and makeup. She isn't quite sure where she fits in. She doesn't know who she is. She is caring,strong,and courageous.

2.-She is restless. She feels like she is too shielded and she wants to experience something completely new. She is fun loving and loves to sing. She isn't that smart;)

 3.-She is sweet and kind to all,even though they aren't to her. She has a diligent spirit and is patient and loves to sing(most do!)

4.-She is an only child. She is dramatic and sentimental. She learns to look underneath people's appearance. She looks for something more than just average living.

5.She is dramatic and the least bit reckless. She loves her family,but they don't always agree. She looks for the new and exciting things. She follows her heart.

6.-She is obedient and sweet. She makes the most of her time and is VERY patient, but she longs to see the world and experience things on her own.

DIY:Temporary hair streak/ Round 2 of princess challenge!

Well, hello there strangers! I'm afraid I have been neglecting this little blog of mine lately:( I have been quite busy lately! I have a ton of pictures I have been meaning to post and I just haven't had the time! So I guess a good way to refresh myself on posting will be to give you a tutorial! So here it goes!

Temporary Color Streak

Ok, to put a temporary streak in your hair, you can use.......ready?.....eyeshadow! Best to use the kind that is pressed like the blue in the picture above,but you can use it in just about any case.

 You need the eyeshadow and hairspray and that's it! Press your strand against the shadow and drag it down the strand. It puts the color in. Then just spray the strand with the hairspray. That's it!

 I used purple in my hair:) I think it looks pretty good.

Ok,now..........on to.....

Round #2:Princess Challenge

 Ok, for this round I'm going to ask questions and you have to guess who I'm referring to:)
