Healthy Lunch Ideas

English Muffin Pizza-
One English muffin cut in half.
Spread tomato sauce on both halves.
Top it with whatever veggies you like.
Broil on low in the oven.
TIP(You want to precook your mushrooms unless there from a can)
Eat  with wheat soup crackers and iced water with lemon juice.

Pita Pocket Chicken Sandwich-
Cut Pita pocket in half and open on half open like a pocket.
Use frozen Tyson's chicken patties. Cook chicken and then cut it in small strips.
Spread a little mayo on the inside of the pocket and slide chicken inside.
Take a piece of provolone cheese and fold in half. Slide on half on top of chicken,
and one on the bottom. Cook in the oven for about 3-5 minutes.
Eat with a small bowl of soup or crackers.
